Thank you for your interest in the DHWRI Pharmacy Technician (PT) Apprenticeship Program. Complete these steps by July 30th to be considered for the Fall 2025 program that starts September 29th.

  • Apply for the program by completing the online form below.
  • Upload your application documents. A current resume is required. A cover letter is recommended.

  • Watch the information videos. The links will be in your confirmation email.

  • Take the required Criteria Corp online assessment. The link will be in your confirmation email.

  • Put the Important Program Dates on your calendar.

  • Monitor your email for messages from Natalie.R.Guzman@hitchcock.org!
